Brain-based Education for Infants, Toddlers, and Kindergarten Readiness

Our online program provides children 0-5 years old with the richest and most wholesome early learning experience at home. Our professional educators have developed a complete experience-based program that targets all academic areas to get children feeling ready and excited about kindergarten, while having in mind that life goes way beyond academics and should also nurture life-long love for learning, independence and an array of Thinking Skills. Literacy, math and science, are all targeted. We are confident that children learn best through fun, hands-on, minds-on exploration, novelty, collaboration, bonding and connection to real life. These concepts are core to any of our classes. Concept Maps, Graphs, Visible Thinking and other brain-based teaching strategies are utilized to help children truly learn and develop their young minds. Our virtual preschool program fits any family’s schedule, needs and interests.

Engineers are people who use math, science and creativity to solve problems. Scientists explore the world to understand how it works. PreK2Go has combined the Boston Museum of Science's Wee Engineer program with our internataional VESS curriculum to bring children fun, weekly ""problems"" that they solve collaboratively to help their puppet friend. Children practice pre-reading, pre-writing, math and science skills as they explore materials, read instructions, write out plans of action, hear friend's points of view and think deeply about the best solutions. Class meets twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 90 minutes each. List of materials needed provided in advance.

Nurture independence and a problem-solving mindset

An engineering mindset is a problem-solving mindset. This is why all of our classes introduce children from the very beginning to the Engineering Process, the Thinking Keys, and other tools that children can learn to use autonomously towards solving their own problems and answering their own questions.

Make Learning Relevant

We are confident that children learn best when what we teach them is connected to their interests and daily life. Our classes and programs focus on presenting academic content in an engaging, hands-on, minds-on and sensory format that lets children experience why what they learn matters

We partner with parents and children to customize the learning process

Science shows that even children learn best when they know what and why they are learning something. Our classes involve daily reflection about what we’ve learned. Our Virtual Programs provide monthly parent-teacher conferences so that teachers, parents and children can reflect together on the learning process and set new goals
